Wholesale FAQ's
Payment
We require payment in full before shipping your first order and a 30 day credit invoice will be sent to you from your 2nd order. We will send an invoice via email through Xero which has the payment details on.
Minimums
Our minimum order is £300 which includes free UK delivery.
International
We have a warehouse in the EU and work with international distributors in selected countries. So please email us telling us where your store is located and we will provide more information.
Packaging
All items come in their own case and we have free POS displays available upon request. We can also provide lifestyle and product imagery as well as EAN codes.
Distribution
If you are interested in becoming an exclusive Kind Bag distributor, please email us for more info.
Lead Times
Our current lead time is 3-5 days.
If you require your order to be dispatched on a certain date, please include this in your message.
